How balanced picking works

Give each player an optional level from 1 to 5. Rotasquad builds teams whose totals match as closely as possible, trying many random starting points and swapping players until the sides are even. For fixed tournament teams it uses a snake draft: best players are spread first, then the rest in alternating order.
